What are Gensee inference tokens?
Gensee includes built-in access to a frontier AI model (Qwen 3.5-397B) and #1 ranked AI web search. Your monthly token allocation covers both. Or bring your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc. for unlimited usage on any plan.
What happens if I hit my token limit?
Your instance keeps running, but Gensee inference requests will be paused until the next billing cycle. You can always use your own API key for unlimited access, or upgrade your plan.
What does "fair use" mean on Premium+?
Premium+ includes unlimited priority tokens. To keep things fair for everyone, usage may be rate-limited during periods of very high demand. Premium+ users always have the highest priority.
Can I export my data?
Yes — download any file from your workspace at any time. You can also download and upload your full agent configuration. Your data is yours, on every plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your instances and data are preserved — you'll just revert to Free plan limits at the end of your billing period.
