Part-Time Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to build and maintain modern, responsive, and performant user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate ideas and mockups into reality, directly shaping the user experience of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to implement frontend designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Versatile in using AI coding assistants.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
  • Part-time, 20–40 hrs/week; US-remote; immediate start.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Vuex) is a plus.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Passion for fast prototype-to-prod cycles
